To give our clients the ability to inject their own personal style into their special events by bringing fresh and exciting options to the event rental market in the Washington, D.C. Metro area.
How will we do this you ask? EASY...the founder of Stash is a professional interior decorator that personally curates the hottest and most unique furnishings straight off the runways (okay, not really runways but pretty close...we're talking exclusive furniture and decor shows only accessible to the trade) and from the designer resources she has access to.
Stash aims to serve a wide range of creative and expressive clients that wish to make their event stand out and create a lasting impression on their honored guests. From couples planning their big day to hosts of private dinner parties, baby and bridal showers, birthday bashes and everything in between - we have something in our STASH for you!
The story of Stash actually begins long before the idea of Stash came to life with one guy and one girl, and LOVE. Yes, LOVE! You see, this couple was happily in love and then that guy went ahead and asked that girl to marry him. Naturally, she said YES and naturally she wasted no time getting down to the business of designing the wedding of her dreams. She didn’t start with a trip to the dress boutique or to the beauty salon for hair and makeup trial appointments. No, definitely NOT this bride. This bride started her wedding design journey at the flea market, the craft store, the fabric store, and then back to the craft store…and after that she scooped up half a dozen quarts of paint and cleared out the garage. WHY? Because this bride lives and breathes for design and all of the little decorative details that go along with it. Countless nights and weekends were spent scouring the DC Metro area shops and the world wide web (shout-out to Etsy!) for the perfect decorative accessories for her dream beach wedding.
After the (amazing) big day was over this bride was super happy with her new married life but without the wedding planning to fill her free time, she was left with a small hole her heart (and a pile of awesome stuff in her garage. And her basement. And her attic.) So, naturally she decided her awesome stuff should be shared with others like her...and that's the story of how we got where we are. We like it here (and we hope that you do too).
